I am a serious man and the manager of my Cta treated me like a trickster babbler. They do not help when an emergency happens which can happen to anyone. Orient me legally and they told me that they cannot be calling as much and less when the CTA is up to date. On one occasion I was late (1 time) and I asked to speak to the supervisor (manager) and they did not want to pass it on to me, I asked for the last name of the person in charge of the CTA and he did not want to give it to me. ![]() They speak to you in a strong not friendly tone. My experience was horrible since even if you have the Cta a day they call you (12 TIMES AND they are registered on the cell phone) it is to remind you of the payment even if it was up to date or Be without delays.
